well it may seem kind of strange to other ppl and i myself admit i thought it was also strange to wake up from a dream or nightmare and then quickly pick up a pencil and start sketch out what i saw inside my dream. i tried to find reason and understanding but the events took a different turn. little did i know i would soon experience OEB - out of body experiences - such as if u ever see your own body or yourself and u know your are looking at yourself but u dont know what to do. some ppl claim to see themselves after car accidents or during near death encounters . but what i can say is that death does feel cold. i dont know if when u travel u

within time i understood my dreams. in the beginning there was fear learning how to control that fear establishes a border from whats real and unreal in the dream.  not everything is what it appears either ^_^ but do look out for tell tale signs such as feeling of less body weight, try flickering some light switches if any are near u. usually lights do not turn off after u hit the light switch, try opening door knobs sometimes it works sometimes it dont, try to notice if u are looking at yourself from 3rd person or if u are looking first person view. well these are just a few of my experiences , :D so dont panic if u realize ur dreaming u jus
